What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence held for at least one year, a passport or national ID card, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. The minimum age is 21 (23 for SUVs and 25 for luxury vehicles).
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Because no prepayment is required, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge any time before pick-up. Just contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will take care of it.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes. Every rental includes insurance as standard — third-party liability and collision damage cover (CDW). At pick-up you can add full, zero-excess protection to reduce your deposit and liability to zero.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate a simple full-to-full policy. You receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If the tank is not full on return, we charge only for the missing fuel plus a small refuelling fee.
