Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Gold Car Rental website and the booking service provided through it. By making a reservation you accept these terms together with our Rental Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Bookings

A reservation made on this website is a request to rent a vehicle for the dates and location you select. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We may decline or cancel a booking where a vehicle becomes unavailable, where details cannot be verified, or where these terms are not met; in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT and standard insurance unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay. No prepayment is required for on-arrival bookings; payment is made at pick-up by cash or card, or in advance by bank transfer where selected. A refundable security deposit is held at pick-up.

Changes and cancellation

Because no prepayment is taken for standard bookings, you may change or cancel your reservation free of charge at any time before the pick-up time. To do so, contact us with your booking reference.

Eligibility

The driver must meet the age, licence and documentation requirements set out in our Rental Conditions. The vehicle is released only to a driver who presents valid documents at pick-up.

Liability

We take care to keep vehicle and pricing information accurate, but do not warrant that the website is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the website is limited to the value of the affected booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Albanian law.
